A day before the last day.
We started off the day with some weeding on our own rows.
My row didn’t have such a difference .
Next we began to lay compost on the finch line and plant beautiful sun flowers.
After we planted sunflower seeds we learned how to grow/ plant basil.
Once all the gardening was done we walked to the Coan farm and cooked some amazing food.
Today we made a kale salad. In that kale salad was kale, cucumbers, garlic, feta cheese, craisians, and walnuts.
After we ate we admired how beautiful the Coan Farm is coming along.
My favorite thing about today would have to be making that beautiful kale salad.
